Karim Dharamshi
Founder & Creative Director
With nearly 40 years of experience across signage, branding, marketing, and event production, Karim Dharamshi brings a uniquely diverse skill set to Brand & Ink Solutions.
Karim’s journey began in Dallas, Texas, where he first stepped into the signage world helping manage a local shop — a hands-on opportunity that sparked a lifelong passion for visual branding.
Entirely self-taught, Karim has since worked for and revitalized multiple sign companies, leading improvements in production, marketing, and sales.
In 2006, Karim founded his own company, SIGNVISIONS, and expanded into promotional products and corporate branding by 2008, evolving into what is now Brand & Ink Solutions.
Karim’s strength lies in his ability to connect creativity with strategy — helping businesses not just look better, but grow stronger.
His wide-ranging experience, relentless work ethic, and genuine passion for helping others build their brands are at the core of Brand & Ink Solutions' mission today.
Outside of work, Karim is a proud husband, father of three, and dog dad to two. He is deeply passionate about creativity, family, and giving back to the community.
Helena Reis
Chief Gifting Officer (CGO)
Helena Reis is the co-founder and creative force behind Brand & Ink Solutions.
With a professional degree in Interior Design and a successful background running her own design business, REIS DESIGNS, Helena brings an exceptional eye for detail, style, and presentation to every project.
As a mother of three and a long-time entrepreneur, Helena has also spent the past 15 years creating custom, high-end gift baskets for clients — a passion project that is now becoming its own brand: The Gift Basket Co., launching soon.
Helena’s design expertise and deep understanding of how things should look, feel, and be experienced is central to everything we do at Brand & Ink Solutions.
She also plays a key role in developing our new initiative, Spread Da Love — a movement dedicated to sharing positivity and human connection through thoughtful gifting and branding.
Helena’s goal is simple: to make every client interaction feel personal, memorable, and filled with care.
